.asp Server Pages Problem

's Computer Specifications

I have been reading the responses to this problem & tried to recalculate and on and on

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'

However, it ain't working. My pages for some reason the hyperlinks just revert back to the same file path. I am not savvy so what is going on here? What am I supposed to do?
