ASP Pages not viewable

I am using FrontPage 2002 and publishing ASP . This has worked reasonably
well for two years. I just built a couple of new forms and databases to
collent information for a pediatric training program. Every day or other day
the pages are unavailable with the message that the pages are unavailable
and not viewable.

Maybe someone here has an explanation why they would keep disappearing
requiring Internet service provider queries and requests for resolution
(Interland) All I hear is that the server cache needs resetting. I didn't
have recurring problems until this summer. I have re-indexed many times and
the pages work when they are viewable. Interland service and features haves
been satisfactory. I haven't had many problems and generally fast response
but I must submit tickets almost daily lately.

I have broadband and wish I could set up my own server but this is not a
comercial account although the activity is very small.

Any suggestions about why this problem recurs? My three working survey forms
and results pages are at: www.aapca1.org/aapca1/jobs.asp
www.aapca1.org/aapca1/scocit.asp and lastly
www.aapca1.org/aapca1/employer.asp
