I have gone through the frontpage 2003 database interface wizard. This adds
8 or so asp pages to my site that are ment to interact with the database. I
have uploaded the pages to 2 different sites both give errors and cannot
display the more complex pages. One says the the code is incorrectly
pointing to a file using ../filename.xxx - that is the error on the screen
when trying to display the page. The other site does not show the pages
either, but the errors are more vague. I have not touched the code, at least
one of these sites is a microsoft server. All the files display on my PC. I
just bought the software. Does anyone know what is wrong and do I get some
phone support from Microsoft for period of time/what is the phone number?

You do need to be a on MS server to parse the ASP files. *NIX servers
do not handle ASP files unless ChiliASP is installed.

Are you able to edit the ASP file and fix the correct path? Did you
change anything else when publishing?
