.ASP page generates an Object Disabled

I'm running win2k with IIS. IIS Lockdown is installed. I
have several other site that are working fine on the same
server (Different IP's) but a newly created site cannot
run .ASP pages. HTML pages work fine, but .ASP pages
generate a Object Disabled (Simple Messages Off). Any
thoughts?
