ASP.Net Web Service with VB COM

Is it possible to use a VB COM dll with a c# Web Service?

It works on my Windows 2000 development machine. However, when I deploy to
my Windows 2003 Server I get an error message. It basically says 'Retrieving
the COM class <class id> failed... Error: 80070005'

I can activate the VB COM from a VBScript on the Web Server so I am assuming
it may be some kind of permission issue with ASP.Net
