The ASP.NET account needs access to the following
directory: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322
\Temporary ASP.NET
Files

Locate the folder in Windows Explorer, right-click on the
file and select the Security tab. Then add the ASP.NET
user and check Full Access.

After you fix this for the "\Temporary ASP.NET files"
folder it may pop up again with some other folders. Read
and Execute permission should do it for the others.

How do you assign rights to the NEWORK SERVICE user, it does not show up in
any lists.
