I've been very happy with websupergoo's ABCpdf:
http://www.websupergoo.com/products.htm

They have a ASP and a .NET version. If you give them a linkback, they'll
give you a license for this component for free. If you don't, it's still
well worth their asking price.

If you need a "dumber" application of HTML to PDF, they also have this
simple, easy component:
