ASP.NET 1.1 June 2003 Hotfix Rollup Package

Hi

I'm getting a problem (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=818612) that is
apparently fixed by the ASP.NET 1.1 June 2003 Hotfix Rollup Package
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=821156)

However Microsoft have apparently helpfully neglected to provide this as a
download!

Does anyone have a copy of this they could send me?
