I installed IIS some months ago and just recently
installed Visual Studio 2003. When I open a new web
project it tells me that the web server is using ASP .Net
1.0 and suggests I upgrade the server to ASP .Net 1.1. I
had thought that when I installed VS 2003 it would have
taken care of that for me. How do I upgrade the server
to use ASP .Net 1.1?

Thanks.

P.S. Is it OK to remove .Net Framework 1.0 now that I
have .Net Framework 1.1? Add/Remove shows 1.0 using
1.688MB and 1.0 using 36.83MB (not sure why there is such
a discrepancy).

Thanks again.

Google for "aspnet_regiis" and you should get a lot of information about a
possible solution to your problem. Also check out the following article.
