I'm creating a simple database with frontpage using access with asp not fp
extentions. I enter the information and click send and it shows a
confirmation page but the info in the access database is blank. Any help
would be appreciated.

Is your site hosted on a Windows IIS web server?

Where is the database stored and what type of connection are you using?

Is this your own server or a web host?

You need to set read/write permissions on the folder and database from within IIS MMC.
