asking user credentials while outlook closing

Server - Exchange 2000, client Outlook 2000

For some of my Laptop users, when they are closing their Outlook 2000, it
asks the user credentials(while offline folders synchronization). Even if
they
type the correct credentials also, it asks again and again.
Can anybody tell me what should I do. Thank you so much
