asking for activation code after installing service pack 1 for vis

i recently purchased Vista home premium and activaed it and all was good
until i installed SP1 for vista. now it's saying my activation coed is
allready in and i need to pruchase a newone.

Hello,

try re-activating by phone. It shouldn't take longer than five minutes and
is quite easy.
Maybe SP1 has wrongly detected a driver as new hardware or something.
Reactivate and it should be OK again.

You are prompted to activate Windows Vista after you install Windows Vista Service Pack 1:
