As far as I know, Exchange server 2000 doesnĄ¯t support OL 2003 download header.

The only work around I know is to open POP3 service on Exchange server. However, I really need a way to do this on client side.

Any suggestion is welcome including telling me it is by-design doubtless.

From Outlook...
Tools | Send/Receive | Send/Receive Settings | Define Send/Receive Groups | Edit

You specify that info here.

in OL2003 EX2003, it is useful.

i am afraid to say that in OL2003 EX2000, the option in Edit is gray.
