I don't know what NG would consider this On Topic, but ...

Why are some ISP's saying they have a DSL that needs no phone line, but do
NOT say it is wireless? Just being tricky? Or are there copper lines that
have no copper or lines in them?

Where can I get this answered?

Hello,

When they mean 'no phone line', they most likely meant that there will be no
dial tone when you use the phone line with a traditional phone.

DSL Internet can still work on a phone line which does not have the phone
line service activated. You won't be able to make calls, but you can still
use your DSL model on it.
