Dear C-Man,
Outlook only ask you if you write a new email and when you close Outlook.
If Outlook would not ask you, you will lost the part of your new email.
Outlook do not ask you, if you have an email open that you received. A still
existing email can be open by you every time you open your Outlook, so there
is no reasson to ask you.
