i am so not a computer programmer, and this error that i
have when i tried to install my new multimedia keyboard
will need a professional to solve.
i have downloaded the necessary files to install my new
keyboard functions(one-touch bottoms to access internet,
files, or adjust volumn).
but when i tried to install it, the following error shows:

unable to execute file:
c:\hp|bin|sleep
createprocess failed; code 3
the system cannot find the path specified

of course, i tired to open this file, but i can't even
open the "bin" file, and when i did get it open it was
not in a readable format.

i was thinking, should i uninstall my current keyboard
from the control panel first and then install the new
one. would this work?

please help me.
thanks if you can!

Hi,

Looks like the download was corrupt, or the isntaller did not work
correctly. Uninstall anything you have done, delete the folders the process
created afterwards. Delete the download you did, get a new setup file. Open
Device Manager from the Control Panel/System/hardware tab, remove all
keyboard listings. Then reboot and allow the board to be redetected. If
prompted, select a standard 101/102 keyboard driver. Once booted, run the
setup file for your keyboard driver.
