ASA9 dbengine in VB.net

I'm using this piece of code to registrer the ASA9 database in VB.net:

Dim DbEngine As New DAO.DBEngine
DbEngine.RegisterDatabase("Mydb", "Adaptive Server Anywhere 9.0", True,
strAttributes)

How to write it using ADO.net instead of DAO.
