I am using a program to convert my .dwg file to .wmf.
I would type in the command line: arx
I would then type load and it would load the program.

I ran into an error and I cannot get it fixed, When I type arx, then load, I
get the message Enter ARX/DBX file name to load.

How can I get this working normally again?

this doesn't sound like an Excel question. Maybe you are in the wrong group.
