I am working on hyperlinks and path and filenames so after reading some
treads, like to access to Arvin Meyer's database in this address,
http://www.datastrat.com/Download/DocMgr_2K.zip
but page could not be loaded, also http://www.datastrat.com. If you know the
problem or another address that there is this file please informing me.

Those links work for me. I suggest you try again; maybe the website was
down for a brief time.
