We have upgraded to XP (full version)and can't get decent
monitor resolution. Microsoft tech pages says there are
two Artx drivers one for VGA and one for high
resolution. As this is plug and play I can't seem to
pick the high resolution, it defaults to VGA. Husband
loaded XP got stuck on this and went off to work abroad
for 7 weeks. Help!! Best Microsoft support (phone line)
came up with was a driver he found on "www.video-
drivers.com" which is primarily for ME but I can't get it
recognised. I can barely read the screen and so am using
son's laptop until he goes to Uni in 2 weeks.
How do I get off the VGA driver and onto the high
resolution Atrx driver - do I need to reload XP? Or is
there a simpler route?
