Articles on how to use Performance Monitor to analyse and log performance data

Dear All,
I would like to use Perfmon to monitor my ASP.Net applications...I
have read quite a few articles on how to program a Web application
that reads performance counters...but I would like to use Performance
Monitor without trying to code one...are there some good articles that
explain how to use Performance Monitor...
One article that comes close to what I want is:

But this does not cover it in detail...
