I know this is not an outlook problem but someone here has always been able to
solve my outlook ones so here goes

Although use NOD anti virus have message keep popping up on window saying
worm.win32.netsky virus on computer

click ok to remove it then opens window to buy some anti ad/spy software.

If i run my existing spyware it does not find anything nor does full scan
with NOD yet webpage readdressed etc

Can anyone tell me how to solve without giving in and buying there software

Sounds like the "buy some anti ad/spy software" window is in itself a scam

Get rid of NOD, use http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html and
run a boot-time scan.

Get spybot search and destroy to clear up any spyware.
