Um, looks like we are to guess that you are using Word to compose your
e-mails in your unidentified version of Outlook. Pre-2007 versions of
Outlook let you choose whether to use Outlook's embedded new-mail editor or
to use Word to compose e-mails wherease the 2007 version of Outlook forces
you to use Word.
You enabled the display of formatting characters when composing your e-mails
while using Word. The "pye" (misspelled) character is actually the end-of-
paragraph Pilcrow character (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilcrow). The
dots show whitespace.
Since it is an issue with Word, you will need to configure Word to NOT show
its formatting characters.
