I'm on a new Dell laptop for the first time, and when I went to the internet
to play games, there's no response when I press the right, left, up, or down
keys. For instance, when I try to jump and press up to do so, nothing
happens. ??? I've never had anything like this happen before; what's going
on?

Are those games based on Java? If so have you installed the latest runtimes?
