Arrow Keys Disables in IE

's Computer Specifications

Anyone have an idea what would cause my Arrow keys, Home, PgUP/Down, to stop
functioning inside of IE? They work in everything else (Office, Other
browsers etc...)
but not inside of IE - to scroll down the page etc..

I also need an answer for that. "Esc" does not respond as well.
