"Array index out of bounds" error when creating shortcut to .oft

Software:
Office 2007 professional plus

Error message:
Microsoft Office Outlook - "Cannot copy the items. Array index out of bounds."

What i am trying to do:
I created an .oft template in Outlook 2007, this worked fine.
I browsed to the templates folder and tried to click and drag to create a
shortcut within Outlook, then i receive the error.

This has worked with outlook 2003 and the templates i have created before i
upgraded are still there and working.

Any help would be appreciated.

I guess if nothing else, i wanted to put this out there as a potential issue.
