Arranging files

When I'm in an "open file" window in XP (ie. MSN
Messenger's send files option or START > RUN > Browse
window) all files are always arranged in reverse
alphabetical order. This is only happening to my user
account. Whenever I'm in window's explorer the files are
displayed the way I want them to be displayed. I've tried
applying one setting to all folders yet it still does not
have effect on the "open file" windows. Anyones got any
suggestions how to fix this? thanks

Kelly--

I have often wanted to link to your "A to Z" section directly the way you
did here. It' much better than saying "Go to Kelly's A to Z">S>Sort Order."
Is there some kind of convention I can follow to make the url work?

Thanks,

Chad Harris

You link to links that are named. If a link ONLY has a name then it doesn't act like a link (looks like normal text to the reader) but just as something you can jump to.

<P align=left><B><A name=so></A>Sort Order - Incorrect</B></P><FONT
face="Times New Roman">

So links start with <a [Parameters] >[text to display]</a>

Note links don't have to be named.
