how to arrange objects through out the slides?

Could you give us a little more detail? What version are you using? What are
you trying to achieve? Are you working on an existing presentation or
starting from scratch?

If you want to put the same object on many slides, add it to the master
(view->master->slide master). In 2002 or above you can have multiple masters.
