Hi! I hope someone out there can help...I have a large number of
photographic files stored within My Pictures and transfer, edit and rename
them on a regular basis, my question is; is it possible to have the My
Pictures file automatically arrange them by name once edited and saved back
to that file? instead of going to VIEW dropdown menu and manually rearranging
by name? I am running XP Home....Thanks

XP automatically sorts numerically/alphabetically by name by default.
So if you transfer pictures into a folder, after you transfer, just close
the folder and open it and they will be sorted numerically/alphabetically by
name. Another way to do it is once you are done with transferring, press F5
(refresh) and this will automatically sort the pictures
numerically/alphabetically by name.
