Hi. thanks in advnce for any help. i work in a samll
office. i am running windows and office xp. my coweorkers
are running windows xp and office 2000.

when they issue meeting requests to me, they there is no
problem. however, when i iusse meeting requests to them,
the message comes across as garbled text and not
the "traditional" outlook meeting request that we're
familiar with. the details of the message request are in
the text, and can be extracted, however, it does not
automatically populate their calenders etc. is there
something i can do on my end to help the two platforms
coordinate better?
thanks
jeff

Disable the reminder on the meeting request before you send it. It's a
known issue when a meeting request with a reminder on it is sent from
Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2000. See
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;307313 for more
information.
