Meu computador simplesmente parou de funcionar(tela preta), solução obvia (formatar)tudo bem até o momento em que reinicia para começar a instalação, neste momento vem uma tela azul:
Foi detectado um problema e o windows foi desligado para evitar danos ao computador.
O problema parece ser causado pelo seguinte arquivo: framebuf
Se esta for a primeira vez que você vê esta tela de erro de parada, reinicie o computador. Se a tela for exibida novamente, siga estas etapas:

O driver de dispositivo entrou em um loop sem fim. Geralmente, isso indica um problema no próprio dispositivo ou no driver de dispositivo que está programando o hardware incorretamente.

Peça ao fornecedor do dispositivo de hardware atualizações de driver. Informações técnicas:
