Armada m700 Startup delay

Hi,

I have a weird problem with my Armada m700 Laptop. When I turn it on,
all three green diods will turn on and the computer will hang like that
for
some minutes (yes, minutes). Then suddenly the harddive is started up
but the PC is still down. When this happens I can turn the PC off and
restart
it again. Then I will get a normal startup.
When the PC is finally up everything is working just fine.

I have tried resetting the bios, starting up without batteries and
other portable
utilities but it's the same.

Has anyone seen this problem before or have any suggestions ?
