codes are out of date. It also has zip codes. It's an Access 97 MDE and I no

The one I mentioned in an earlier post has somewhere around 80,000 cities
and towns.

I think the definitive listings of area codes (assuming you're looking for
US/North America) is the North American Numbering Plan:

If you will scroll to the bottom of the page, there you can down load a
one-table database in Access 2002 format that has just over 15,000 zip codes
and the cities associated with them.

This list is by no means complete, but it is a good start.
