I have page that is changed weekly. However i still wish for people to be
able to view old pages that are not the direct link form my button. Is there
a simple way to archive.

I have created a new page and have several buttons, each with a link to old
material. Is there an easier way?

No, unless you want to use database drive function.

Easier way: archives in database.
