Archiving Several Profiles

Hello,

These groups have been very helpful in the past and I hope someone can come
to my aid once again.

I am using Outlook 2003 SP3. I have several profiles that are being used.
All of them are set to archive. They all seem to be archiving to the exact
same path and file.

My question is this. Is all the material from the profiles being archived
or am am I overwriting one profile with another?

If that is the case then shouldn't each profile have a specific file name
(...microsoft\outlook\specificnamearchive.pst) to avoid this problem?

Thank you in advance.

Dbm

If you have it pointing to the same pst-file then the pst-file will be
appended.
If you want to archive to different pst-files, you'll need to configure
AutoArchive to do so.

Hi Roady,

From what you say it sounds like I'm over-writing one profile on top of the
other.

Thanks for the assistance.

No, appending means adding something to what already exists.
