Archiving Business Projects with Attachments

I am trying to figure out a way to archive (or move) completed Business
Projects with attachments to a location where they can be accessed at a later
date. Up until now, whenever we deem a project complete, we update the
necessary documentation and post the Business Project (as a conversation) to
an archive folder we've created on our server. Whenever we need to access it,
we simply open the folder, find the post (conversation) and are able to
review the different details and whatever notes we wrote in the details tab
of the project. Any e-mails that we may have linked to the project get lost.
Any suggestions on where we can move the Business Projects so that we could
access them in the original Business Project format at a later date? We do
not want them to be in the Business Projects folder because we have several
hundred. Should I create a seperate folder in Business Contact Manager? Any
help would be much appreciated because we are making necessary procedure
adjustments for the upcoming tax season. Thanks!
