I have a user who uses his Journal quite often and archived them today. He
wants to be able to view these files, but he doesn't want to import them into
his mailbox - this would create his mailbox to go over the server limit. Is
there a way to easily view these without having to have them on the server?

Thanks for the quickness in the response! I didn't think about that option.

I would like to export my journal to excel, make changes then import back
into outlook 2007.

I use call log+ with treo and need to input the contact name would prefer to
do so as a fill down and not have to open each journal entry. Call log+ by
chapura will only enter if in the main contacts folder and I use sub folders.

Thanks
