Someone asked me about an email from last year, so I looked in my archived
files. I found their email, and when I view it, it says 'You replied on...'
, but my reply is not there! Got looking further, and NONE of my replies are
shown in the archive file! I don't see anything in the Outlook Options about
managing replies. Unless they reply back to my reply, there's no record of
any of my replies????

Do you archive your Sent Items folder? Right click on it, choose Properties
and check the options on the AutoArchive tab.

That helped, but the main prob was that I archived the inbox a couple months
back and named it 'Archives', so I was looking at that folder instead of the
Personal Folders data.
