Archived Outlook Messages Open In Small Window

We are using Zantaz EAS Client to archive our email. In Outlook, when we
click on a previously archived message the window opens, but it is tiny. I
have resized the window and then closed and reopened. That works for that
particular message, but subsequent messages still open small. Any ideas on
how to resolve this?
