I am running Outlook 2007 on Win XP Pro SP3. Following are my Archive settings:

Run auto archive every 14 days (checked)
Prompt before auto archive runs (checked)
Archive or delete old items (checked)
Clean out items older than 6 months
Move old items to: C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive_bm.pst (a new archive
folder
I created when I installed Outlook 2007 on this machine)
“Delete expired items” and “Permanently delete old items” are unchecked.

I just went to retrieve an archived e-mail and the archive_bm.pst folder is
virtually empty!!! The folder size is 93MB (I checked through WE) and it only
contains: Deleted Items (empty) and Sent Items (from 6/14/2008 to 8/8/2008).
No inbox, no recent mail, nothing!!!!

Auto archive runs every 14 days and whenever it prompts me to run, I run it
diligently thinking it is archiving properly. Can anyone help??
