If i open a message in archive folder, foward that message, it does not
record in any sent box, i need to be able to see fowarded message in the sent
box when working with my archive folder

Which version of outlook?
In the default Sent Items Folder? It worked here.
You can choose where to save a copy of the Sent items. For Outlook 2007 the
option is in the Options tab then Other Options chunk.
