I have a couple of laptop users running Outlook 2003, connecting to an
Exchange 2003 Server. When they try and archive their mailboxes, in a number
of folders the e-mails that are older than the requested date are actually
not archived? The user has to manually move the e-mails from the mailbox to
the corresponding folder in the archive folder, even though we have selected
the box to archive the sub folders as well.
Can you tell me if there is a fix for this?

The Archive function acts on the Modified Date. Add the Modified date column
to the view pane and see what that is....
(AFAIK the Modified date can be changed by opening the email...)
