I am using Outlook 2003. I have been archiving my folders with no problem
for the last 4 years. Lately, when I archive my folders, it creates a new
archived folder for the messages being archived, I thought my original
archive folder is getting too big but even after I deleted some of my old
messages in the archived folder still when I archive it creates a new achieve
folder. I want my entire archived message to be in the same place.

Any suggestions?

Hard to say without any details. Have you verified your settings to indeed
archive to the pst-file of your choice?
