I have outlook 2003 and would like to archive my messages, but have great
concern after reading through some posts on this group. Could someone please
give a dumbed down explanation on the best way to archive emails and where to
locate them. And, if they are not visible through outlook. Where do I find
them. I cannot loose these emails!

Firstly, unless you specifically change it, the location of the archive pst
file will be in the default location where (unless you moved it!) your main
pst file also is located.
Secondly you can only open a pst file with Outlook, so if the Archive file
is not showing in your navigation pane, just to File-Open-Outlook Data file
and open it.
