I recently switched computers (and jobs) on my old computer I could easily
access my archived emails. I was manually moving items over for long term
storage. I would like to keep doing this, but need to set this up. I think
the last time I set it up, it was on accident. Can someone help me set this
up on my new computer?

thx

If you have a regular and an Archive PST, simply drag an item you wish to
move from the source folder to the destination folder. Perhaps I don't
understand what you're asking.

I used to have a folder on the left hand side that looked like the mailbox
folder except it was for archiving. I could add folders to that and store my
archived items in seperated folders for easy retrieval.

So add it back in again. Tools>Account Setting>Data Files.
