I made a back-up of my archive files on a cd-rom.
Now if I try to open them a get an error message saying that I do not have the permission required to access the file.
How can I overcome this problem?

Copy the file to your HDD, remove the Read-Only attribute, then in Outlook
go to File-Open-Outlook Data File
