I archived my 2008 calendar. The 2008Calendar.pst is showing in the email
view - All Mail Folders.

When I switch to view my calendars, It is not listed under MY Calendars so I
have no way to select my archive calendar. How do I add my archive calendar
to MY calender list un calendar view?

Switch to the Folder List view and select the calendar from there.
If there is no calendar folder there, it did not get archived.
