Is there any add-ons that will let you archive based on email size? That
should be a feature Microsoft shoudl have added a long time ago.

Sorry I am using Outlook 2003 and 2007. Using Exchange 2003. Archiving based
on size would be a very nice feature for Microsoft to add to outlook.

I have tried the Mailbox cleanup and it never works for me. no matter what
size I put in it never finds anything.

You could use a rule that you run manually to move messages larger than a
particular size to the Archive PST.
