archive and personal folders

I have a problem.. My active folders in outlook are under the heading
"archive folders" and all my archived folders are listed as personal folders.
how do I fix this..??

You first: what Outlook version? What account type?

its 2007 busines edition ...account type?????..im using it for
business..time warner cable...

POP, Exchange, IMAP, or HTTP are valid answers to this question.

Click Tools>Account Settings. Select the Data Files tab. What is marked as
default?
