Office Outlook 2007 - currently my Outlook is set to archive all messages
that I send. However, all of my received messages 'walk off' my menu after
only two weeks. How do I set Outlook to retain, or archive, all of my
received messages? Thank you.

right click on the inbox, choose properties. what is the archive setting?
also look in tools, options - is archiving enabled? if not, check your
view - you might be hiding older messages. if on exchange server, the admin
could have it configured to archive old messages.

emails are being sent to an 'archive' file every two weeks. Followup
questions: 1) How do I view these older, archive files - I frequently have
the need to go back and review my old received items. 2) Is there a way I
may simply set my received messages to remain in the main viewing frame
permanently - just as all of my 'Sent' messages or at least have them
automatically move to 'archive', say, 6 months after having been received?
Thank you for your responsde!
